RESERVATION
Booking our services is easy and fast: make an online booking or send us an email with your request. You will receive a confirmation of your booking and all the necessary additional information.
RATES
We quote the transfers per vehicle, not per persons. There are no additional costs for the service: all the road and parking tolls are included in our rates.
PAYMENT
Payment for the service either by bank transfer or directly to the driver.
FLIGHT TRACKING
We track all the flights in real time to ensure the perfect timing for the pick-up and drop-off transfers.
PICK UP POINT
Our driver will meet and greet you in the arrival hall of the airport, holding a sign-board with your first and last name. The driver will help you with your luggage and show you to the vehicle. If a larger group of guests is expected, we suggest a hostess’ service at the airport, who will assist the guests during the transfer.
CHILD SAFETY SEAT
If you need a child seat, just inform us beforehand. Our driver will have the child seat on board.
HEAVY LUGAGGE
If you travel with heavy or large luggage (like sports equipment or musical instrument), please inform us beforehand. We will provide a luggage trailer, which will accommodate your belongings without risk of damage
